A slow flow yoga class focusing on the union of mind + body. With special attention to breath work + using movement to facilitate energy flow.
free flow
An invigorating yoga flow to get the energy moving. Individual to each teacher - this class combines unique sequencing and more advanced poses with modifications for all.
relax + renew
A restful yin + restorative style class to decompress. Complete with essential oils, guided meditation + Reiki - take some time for yourself.
Barre
Fusing energetic, active muscle work with a deep targeted yoga stretch to strengthen + lengthen. We work the body and release the mind.
feetup
Rest, flow, fly - all with the FeetUp Trainer. This class will give you a little bit of everything - chair, flow, strengthen, invert + restore.
meditation
Begin with light movement, then be gently guided through an extended meditation, followed by reflection and optional journaling.
MOVEMENT + MEDITATION
A 45-minute class to get you in the right frame of mind. Starts with a traditional yoga flow and ends with a soulful meditation with singing bowls.
YOGASOUND
Designed to connect you to your physical body + allow you to move stagnant energy - this class begins with a 45-minute flow followed by a 30-minute sound bath savasana to help you integrate the physical practice.
Roll + Release
A class dedicated to rolling and releasing. Balls, foam rollers, straps, bolsters - this class utilizes all the props to open up the body + let your energy flow.
BLEND
Low-impact, full-body class that combines mindful movement with the precision + intensity of barre. A unique mat-based class focusing on core strength while promoting balance, breath + mindfulness.
