A private 2-hour yoga and spa workshop with face mask, foot scrub and restorative yoga.

A private 75-minute session to sweat and stretch - 45-minutes of barre followed by 30-minutes of yoga.
Includes use of yoga mats, props and weights, essential oils, and a post class cold-pressed juice.

A private 75-minute soulful yoga class with Reiki and essential oils. This class will make you seriously chill.
Includes use of yoga mats, props and eye pillows, essential oils, CBD juice and water.

A private 75-minute yoga flow class with an extended, Reiki infused savasana.
Includes use of yoga mats, props, essential oils, and a post class cold-pressed juice.

A private 45-minute kids yoga class followed by 30-minutes for treats and presents. Yoga class includes movement, dance, music, stories and affirmations.

A traveling private 60-minute sweat sesh - 45-minute barre class followed by 15-minutes of stretching.

Sound | Private Sound Bath Yoga Class | $350
45-minutes of movement to prepare you for a 30-minute sound bath savasana. Sound bath includes many different instruments like singing bowls, drums of all types, chimes and bells.

Workshop can travel for an additional fee.

Events at the studio can be held on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays after 11am.
15-mile radius for off-site events. Locations outside of the 15-mile radius will incur an additional travel charge.
Up to 12 guests per event. (Have larger groups? Shoot us a message, we know people.)
50% deposit is necessary to book your date.
