SARAH ROBBINS

Sarah has always been a mover. She began dance lessons at the age of three, not knowing that it was the beginning of a lifelong journey of growing through movement. Movement was a refuge, a safe space. A place to express freely, and without reservation. Throughout her teens movement became her primary language. When words were too difficult, there was always movement.

At 16 she discovered yoga and began to incorporate the physical aspects into her dance program. It wasn’t until her early 20s where the true essence of yoga really came through and she stepped fully into the path. At 28 she had her first child and the path and practice took a backseat for a short while. In 2017 after the birth of her, second son, she completed her YTT and began sharing her love of movement in music with the community.

Yoga has been a journey of coming back home to self for Sarah, and it is her intention to create a container in which you can experience the same.
